Richard L. “Dick” Moyer, 77, of Akron, Ind., passed away at 9:20 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Ind., where he had been hospitalized since Oct. 6, 2012.
