Ricardo Perez, 64 of Richmond, Ky., passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 3 a.m. He was the son of Pedro Perez and Porfiria Campos Perez and born on July 27, 1955 in Brownsville, Texas.
