WARSAW — Indiana State Treasurer Kelly Mitchell made a stop in Warsaw Wednesday morning, Nov. 8, to visit the office of Kosciusko County Treasurer Rhonda Helser. The Kosciusko County Republican Women’s Club is celebrating March as Soldiers Breakfast Month and are collecting breakfast and snack items to send to soldiers in Afghanistan.
