WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Historical Society held a dedication ceremony for the late Neal Carlson on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Chinworth Bridge Trailhead on Old 30 West in Warsaw, featuring a memorial bench and commemorative plaque.
