Rebecca ‘Becky’ L. Fields, 39, of North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 10:15 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013, at her home. She was born in Wabash, Ind. on Aug. 24, 1973, to Robert W. and Barbara A.
