Reba Arlene Smothers, 92, Warsaw, passed away at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, at her home. She was born on Jan. 21, 1923, in Shinglehouse, Penn. to Andrew and Martha (Stoddard) Reynolds.
