Raymond ‘Ray’ B. Prince, 69, of Leesburg, passed away at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014. He was born on Aug. 5, 1945, in Chicago, Ill., to Raymond and Christine (Beezhold) Prince.
