Ray Porter, 79, passed away at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, in Warsaw Meadows Care Center, Warsaw. Ray, born Aug. 1, 1935, in Floyd County, Kentucky, was the son of Walker and Bessie (Frazier) Porter.
