Raquel Arroyo, 66, of Akron, passed at 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at her residence. She was born on Sept. 6, 1952, in Mexico to Amelio Arroyo and Maria Rodriges. She was married in 1972 in Mexico to Ruben Arroyo, he survives. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Rochester. …read more.
