WARSAW — Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer announced former City Councilman George Clemens will join Thallemer and current District 1 City Councilman Jeff Grose on the Warsaw Board of Public Works and Safety. Clemens will complete the term left vacant by the loss of long time member Charlie Smith.
