WHITLEY COUNTY — Skyler Vincent Bosserman, 19, was arrested by Whitley County Sheriff’s officers Thursday evening, March 9, following a shooting in the 3200 block of Colony Avenue at Tri-Lakes. Bosserman has been charged with criminal recklessness with a firearm, battery with a deadly weapon and pointing a loaded firearm. He is being held on $60,000 bond.

The following individuals were recently sentenced in Kosciusko County courts to serve jail time: June 29 Richard Douglas Rollins, 30, 104 S. Huntington St. Syracuse, sentenced for operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content between .08 and .15 percent.
