Mrs. Phyllis E. Kuhn age 84, of Bourbon, Ind., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, in Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home of Plymouth in the care of her family. Phyllis was born the daughter of Lowell M.
