Phyllis Jean Cox, 83, of North Manchester, Ind., passed away April 29, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born at Wabash, Ind., on April 10, 1930 to Meredith M. and Lillian Carol (Miller) Wood.
