Phillip Lamar Bowers, 82, Wakarusa, died at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa. He was born Oct. 18, 1932, in Elkhart, to Clem and Cecil (Whitehead) Bowers.
