INDIANA — The Westfield Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Westfield. Westfield is located approximately 100 miles south of Warsaw. Phillip Gangwer is a 73-yea-old white male, 5 feet 7inches tall, 160 pounds, with balding gray hair and hazel eyes.
