Phillip B. Floyd, 81, LaFontaine, passed away at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at his home. He was born to the late Cecil B. Floyd and L. Pearl (Weesner) Jervis on April 24, 1935, in Swayzee.
