Paul J. Bailey, 82, passed away at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, under the care of The Center of Hospice and Palliative Care. Paul was born on Nov. 22, 1933, in Bremen, to Paul Albert and Edna Mae (Cox) Bailey. Paul retired from NIPSCO after nearly 39 years of service as a construction supervisor. …read more.
