Patrick A. Weitzel, 46, Andrews, passed away at 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born to Larry Weitzel (Diana) of Wabash, and Patricia (Smith) VanMeter of Silver Lake, on May 28, 1969, in Wabash. Patrick married Kelly Wilcox on June 5, 2003, she survived. …read more.
