Oscar Robinson, 85, North Manchester, died at 11:50 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19., at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. He was born May 7, 1931, in Blue River, Ky., to Lonnie P. and Fannie B.
