Orville “Jay” Omer Kling, Jr., 68, Bremen, passed away peacefully at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, in his home. Jay was born on Jan. 7, 1947, the son of Orville “Bud” and Verda (Jarrell) Kling.
