Oliver M. Garrison, 79, of Wabash, died at 3:38 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born Feb. 10, 1936, in Wabash, to Dorothy (Garrison) Shambaugh.
