SYRACUSE — At 9:41 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, Turkey Creek Fire Territory was called to a residential structure fire at 203 W. Boston St., Syracuse. The caller reported flames on the second floor of the wood-framed structure, which was built in the 1920s. All occupants were reportedly evacuated from the house at the time of the initial call.
NORTH WEBSTER — According to first responders at the scene, the fire was reportedly started by someone using a propane torch inside the motorhome as they were conducting maintenance. The vehicle, an older model Holiday Rambler motorhome, appeared to be a total loss.
