INDIANAPOLIS — Potato Creek and Fort Harrison state parks have been named in a list of “America’s Top 100 Family Fishing and Boating Spots” for 2016.

MARSHALL COUNTY — A small child in a vehicle where police found marijuana and a Glock 40 caliber handgun, was turned over to family, before the driver was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
