Norman Clay, 81, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born July 10, 1932, in Claypool, Ind., to Dorotha B.
