Norma Kautz, 93, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. She was born April 13, 1919, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Harry and Angeline (Neeley) Webb. She married Arthur Vincent Kautz on June 26, 1940.
