KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann, Indiana Office of Tourism Development and Kosciusko County Nominating Committee announced in May the Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay had begun accepting torchbearer nominations from the public.
