Nilah Maxine Kelley, 91, of rural Wabash, Ind., died at 10:35 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at her home. She was born May 1, 1922, in Wells County, Ind., to Jesse and Ora Alice (Sawyer) Nusbaumer.
