Five additional witnesses testified in the second day of a jury trial for Courtney Kincaid, who is accused of severely injuring a Pierceton infant who later died due to her injuries.

Twelve jury members and two alternates were selected Monday, July 27, in the first day of what is expected to be a five-day jury trial over the April 2018 death of a Pierceton infant.

PLYMOUTH — Initial charges against a 23-year-old Plymouth man of neglect of a dependent, a level 3 felony, and possession of marijuana, a level 6 felony, have been upgraded and a second individual charged.
