Warsaw Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident: 1:05 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, West CR 250N, Warsaw. Driver: April L. Gibson, 44, East Dellview Drive, Warsaw. Gibson backed over a stop sign at the National Guard Armory. Damage up to $2,500.
