Naomi E. Winter, 96, of Goshen, Ind., died Tuesday evening, Jan. 29, 2013, at Greencroft Healthcare, Goshen. She was born May 18, 1916, in New Carlisle, Ohio, to Elmer D. and Ruth H. (Lutz) Mast.
