Nadine Kerr, 76, of South Whitley, Ind., passed away at Miller’s Merry Manor in Columbia City, Ind., at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013. She was born Nov. 22, 1936, in Floyd County, Ky., to John and Melvina (Howe) Keithley. She has been a Whitley County, Ind., resident since 1981 moving from Kentucky.   She attended …read more.
