Mitchel D “Mitch” Howard, Sr., 89, of Wabash, died at 8:50 a.m., Monday, Feb. 8, 2016 at his home. He was born Dec. 15, 1926 in Salyersville, Ky., to Fred and Bertha (Allen) Howard.
