WARSAW — For the past month, Mission Point Community Church has been running a generosity campaign called “LoveBlitz.” The goal has been to serve the community in tangible ways and raise money to support local charities while letting the people of Kosciusko County know that the church cares for them, and ultimately that God cares for them. As Lead Pastor Kondo Simfukwe pointed out, “Too often the church is known for what it is against. We want to be known by what we are for.”
Warsaw Wesleyan Church has now cancelled Sunday morning services and Sunday School. The Baptism scheduled for 6 p.m. will be moved to Sunday, Feb. 9.
