Miriam L. Ridings, 90, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse. Miriam was born Nov. 8, 1922, in Ossian, Ind., to the late Glenn F. and Maude (Weirich) Jackson.  She married Jackson D.
