Millie Prater, 69, of Rochester, Ind., passed away at 2:29 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014, at her residence. She was born Nov. 3, 1944, in Dock, Ky., the daughter of Creed and Barbara (Bradley) Flanery. Millie had worked for many years at Controls in North Manchester, Ind.
