SYRACUSE — Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation helped to get students engaged in taking care of the world they live in with the second annual Bug Fest. Fourth-graders from North Webster, Syracuse and Milford schools participated in this event. The event was held at the Levinson-LaBrosse Education Center during three days.

MILFORD — A 14-year-old and 17-year-old from Milford are facing charges in connection with numerous thefts from vehicles though out Milford, an attempted break in at Dollar General and break-in at Milford School.

Students at Milford Elementary School returned to school Friday for a third day without potable water from the school drinking fountains.
