WARSAW —A plea hearing this morning, Thursday, Aug. 31, for Mickgomery W. Hisey, 27, EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse, in the fatal accident Dec. 25, 2016, was continued to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19. That accident took the lives of Kim Conrad, and her son, Stephen Conrad; and injured Steve Conrad, Brody Jordan and Hisey himself. …read more.
