KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Henry Ray Kidd, 24, 501 E. 1300N, Milford, was arrested Tuesday morning, Jan. 16, on charges stemming from several incidents in December 2017. Terre Haute – An inmate serving a 10 year sentence in federal prison escaped Dec. 14 from a minimum security facility. Michael Ward, 61, was first noticed to be missing during a count Sunday morning.
