AKRON — Mentone emergency personnel responded to a rollover accident on South 890 West that occurred around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30. There were no injuries on the scene, and there was only one individual involved in the rollover.

Mentone EMS will have a new automatic suction unit that is powered aboard each of their ambulances. Medic 98 and Medic 99 ambulances only had manual suction units until now. Funding for the powered portable suction units was provided by K21 Health Foundation.
