Melba J. Sandoval, 55, of Nappanee, died at 1:02 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa, after a long illness.  She was born June 14, 1962 in Honduras to Guillermo and Elizabeth (Schmucker) Ramos.
