The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Matthew Scott Boggs, 41, Warsaw, on numerous local charges. Boggs currently has numerous charges and pending court cases. Those charges include forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy and possession of methamphetamine.
