PORT RICHEY, FLA. — A tip from a concerned citizen helped save a baby from possible harm after the infant was seen being carried on the side of a busy Pasco road by a man who was exhibiting erratic behavior.

Mary Jane “Molly” Sprong, 89, of Warsaw, passed away at 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
