WARSAW — City of Warsaw offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 15, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.  Monday’s trash route will be picked up on Tuesday, Jan. 16. The town of Winona Lake offices will also be closed Monday, Jan. 15.
