Martha L. Maggart, 96, Columbia City, passed away at 4 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2016 at Heritage Park, Fort Wayne. Born June 30, 1920 in Whitley County, she was the daughter of LeRoy Dexter and Lola (Gaerte) Gaylord.
