ELKHART — Evan S. Roberts, Elkhart Superior Court 1 Judge, who was appointed as special judge in the cases against C. Aaron Rovenstine has relinquished his appointment. It is expected he will also relinquish his appointment in the cases against Mark Soto and Kevin Bronson.

ELKHART — A plea agreement could be reached in the case against Kevin Bronson. The final date to enter a plea agreement and the date of the trial has been reset by the court.

ELKHART — Special Judge Evan Roberts, Elkhart Superior Court 1, has reset the jury trial for Mark Soto to April 11-13 and continuing April 18-21 in Kosciusko Circuit Court. The judge will not “entertain any additional continuance motions” in the case.
