Mark A. Vosteen, 58, of Ligonier, passed away following an illness early morning on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015. He was born on July 27, 1957, the son of Hans Adolf and Carol Louise (Sthair) Vosteen in Elkhart. On June 4, 1988, he married Kathleen(Caffrey) Vosteen; she survives.
