Marcella “Dottie” Cart, 88, of Goshen, died Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, at Hubbard Hill Estates. She was born April 19, 1927, in Bourbon to Teddy and Goldie (Uplinger) Wilson. On Oct. 9, 1954, she married George Cart in Bourbon. He died Jan. 11, 2004.
