WARSAW — Warsaw Police Department officers were dispatched to 63 Poplar Street, Warsaw, at 9:52 p.m. Thursday, May 23, for a reported domestic disturbance. Once on scene, officers noted the odor of raw marijuana, emitted from the residence.
