NEW YORK – Major League Baseball announced it will pay minor league players through May 31, and the season is suspended until further notice.

Before they were stars, they were in the Fort. Forty-three former Fort Wayne TinCaps and Wizards played in the big leagues during the first half of the 2015 Major League Baseball season. Fort Wayne alums have appeared on the rosters of 21 of MLB’s 30 teams so far this year.
