Madeline Shanklin, 66, Wabash, Ind., passed away at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, in Huntington, Ind. She was born May 4, 1948, in Logan, W.V., to Ray and Cora Lee (Dalton) Dingess.
